How To Lose Weight Easily And Quickly

On the Mend

It’s been two weeks and a day since my back surgery. I rushed my recovery along, starting back at work this past Tuesday. I was actually going to go in Monday, but I just couldn’t make it. Then Tuesday, I was able to work a couple of hours. A little more on Wed. Even longer on Thursday. Finally, a full day on Friday. I even made it in for a couple of hours today (Saturday) to makeup missed time. I’m amazed at the fast progression. Sure, I expected recovery to be quicker, but to go from two hours of work on Tuesday to eight hours on Friday is really fast.
