The new Wheat Belly 30-Minute (or Less!) Cookbook now available!

Wheat Belly 30-Minute Cookbook Cover

The newest cookbook to help people navigate the healthy Wheat Belly wheat-free lifestyle is now available!

I wrote this cookbook with time and ease in mind. But I also applied many of the lessons learned over the last 2 1/2 years since the original Wheat Belly was released.

For instance, I learned that many people, increasingly wary of salad dressings, mayonnaise, and sauces, for instance, were interested in making their own. So you will find recipes for healthy Creamy Moroccan Dressing, Tomato Cilantro Dressing, Barbecue Sauce, Thai Red Curry Sauce, and Creamy Pesto Dressing. I also tried to cover a range of ethnic choices, such as Thai, Italian, and Mediterranean.

Losing Weight And Staying Fit For Life

Thousands of people suffer from embarrassing hair loss due to genetics or something else. There are a lot of different ways to combat hair loss and make the most of the hair you have.

Indulge your inner vanity while working your weight-loss program. Take a little time to check out your reflection and appreciate the beauty of your own figure. This is of benefit to your weight loss plan because it boosts your motivation and self esteem.

Guilt Question

Why does guilt come after binging? Why does the guilty feeling not occur before or during a binge? The world may never know. It’s a spiral of negativity that can keep growing bigger and bigger, if allowed.

This thought just popped in my head as I sit here feeling guilty about all of the binging I’ve done over the holidays. I’m also feeling guilty because I have a flight Friday (and a week from Friday), and I dread them so much. I have a fear of someone saying something or shaming me in public. It’s a fear that I felt frequently when I weighed over 600 lbs. I used to avoid booths at restaurants and chairs with arms. Well, I’m not going to sit here and re-hash all of my old fears and feelings. Nothing productive will come from it…
