Friend Makin’ Mondays: Quick and Easy Questions

After a long and happy day, I am exhausted.  I couldn’t go to sleep before posting this week’s questions, but I’ll be back to say more later.

Make Weight Loss Easier With This Great Advice

Today, weight loss is becoming an emerging necessity in terms of living healthier. The demand for food and products to help shed the pounds is also on the rise. Now is the time to lose it the safe and healthier way. Here are some tips that you can use to get you started with your weight loss goals.

Eating your fat is important for losing weight. There are bad fats and good fats. Bad fats are saturated fats like those in meat and dairy products. Good fats include fats like the ones found in foods such as nuts, fish, and olives. Good fat consumption will help you lose body fat.

Exercise

I had a good workout yesterday and I’m going to do it again today.

I did 10 minutes on the recumbant bike, 10 minutes on the treadmill, and 10 minutes on the arc trainer. Then I spent 30 minutes doing my physical therapy exercises.

So far today, the leg is doing okay. I’m still getting adjusted to sporadic numbness.

Oh, I also spent 10 minutes before bed using the electro therapy on my leg.

This whole back and leg debacle has caused so much anxiety over the past year and a half. I’m hoping this time I will stay calm through the rest of the healing process.

1 Cup of V8 (Low Sodium)
1 Cup of Milk 1%

Snack
1 Kashi GoLean Crunch Cereal (1 cup)
1 Cup Milk 1%
1 Banana

Lunch
1 Pork Tenderloin (1 serving)
1 Sautéed Broccoli with Garlic and Almond Slices
1 Mashed Sweet Potatoes (with a little light margarine and honey)

Snack
1 Mixed Veggies (mini peppers, cucumber, and carrots)
1 Hummus (4 Tbls)
1 Orange

Dinner
1 Chili
1 oyster crackers
1 green beans
