You Can Lose The Weight For Good

Weight loss can often be intimidating, but it does not have to be. Weight loss is a real possibility for anyone who is willing to give it a try and use some determination. Following these effective tips, you will be able to see how easy weight loss can really be.

On the weekend, cook large meals and freeze them into portions that are smaller for eating during the week. Having healthy food around will detour you from choosing unhealthy options. Bulk cooking also saves you lots of money because you end up buying everything in bulk then using it all up. If you use them all, they won’t go bad inside your fridge.

Gingerbread Breakfast Cakes

Here’s another recipe taken from the Wheat Belly 30-Minute (Or Less!) Cookbook, perfect for a light holiday breakfast!

These cakes taste like gingerbread cookies and will delight big and little kids: They’ll feel like they’re having dessert for breakfast! Minus wheat and sugar, we create healthy cakes that have no nutritional downside.

Spread cream cheese, butter, fruit butters, or Raspberry Chia Jam or Plum Jam (recipes in Cookbook) over the top.

If you don’t have the All-Purpose Baking Mix, you can substitute 2 cups almond meal/flour.

An update from Wheat-Free Market foods

Screen Shot 2014-12-18 at 8.02.16 AMWheat-Free Market foods creates foods that fit the Wheat Belly concepts, with all ingredients that I personally approve. The past year has been a busy one with the introduction of some new products, including the Slow Toasted Flakes Cereal, a real hit.

So I asked Wheat-Free Market (WFM) foods’ CEO, Gary Miller, about latest developments there.

Q: So what’s new at WFM?
GM: Well, a lot is happening! As you know, we have started getting into a few independent health food and grocery stores. We want to expand our store presence, so we are working on scaling up to sell into the grocery market. Given the success of web-based efforts, we decided it is now time to go to the next level.
