The Easiest And Most Successful Weight Loss Plan Ever!

Losing weight can seem extremely difficult for some people, but it’s important to remember that losing weight is only made up of two components: knowing what to do to lose weight and being committed to a goal. Here are some ways to lose weight that are both informative and effective.

Make small goals that are easy to achieve and your larger goals will sort themselves out. Setting distant goals is wonderful but it makes the journey quite a bit harder. Set small daily and weekly goals for your weight loss and you will see yourself accomplishing them which in turn motivates you to do more. Your long term goals almost seem to achieve themselves when you focus small.

Vision and Plan for the Week

I saw Dr. Dan this morning and  I told him about my horrible week. He told me that I’m lacking vision, and I agree with him. I’m going to work on what my vision is for my future (weight loss).  I’ll share this when I have it ready.

Snack: cheese and apple

Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwich, carrots, and an apple
