Are you using the right oils?

Let me begin by stating this simple fact:

We all need fats and oils in our diet. Tweet this!

We should not be trying to cut back or eliminate the fats or oils. Contrary to the blundering health advice of the last half-century, fats and oils do not make you fat; they help you lose weight. Fats and oils do not trigger insulin, the hormone of weight gain, nor do they increase the risk for cardiovascular disease. They generate satiety, leaving you feeling full and satisfied.

It is important that you choose your oils wisely.

Forgiveness Isn’t Always Easy, But It’s Always Right

I’m generally pretty open about my feelings, but there are times in which I know I shouldn’t bother sharing them because they’ll fall on deaf ears.

Recently a friend made me angry and hurt my feelings pretty severely. While that friend probably didn’t do it on purpose, they have a tough time accepting responsibility for their own actions. That person blames everyone else for everything that’s wrong, and they don’t view life from the same scope as I do.

Weight Loss Can Be Hard Without The Right Information

Everyone knows that to lose weight, you need a lot of good foods, and a lot of exercise. But there are so many different kinds of exercises that you can do, which makes it difficult to know what sort of routine you should do to get the best out of your work out. Here are some ideas to help you choose.

Eat nuts as often as you want. It might be hard to stay away from snacks altogether. If you get extremely hungry, you can eat a handful of nuts. You can also eat nuts as a dessert or for breakfast: they will give you energy. Try soaking them in water or in yogurts for a different taste.
